This might seem like a bland picture but I can guarantee this is a unique spot worldwide.
The doorway in question leads to the Priory of the Sovereign Order of Malta, a "landless" nation and one of the oldest institutions of Western and Christian civilisation.
As you stand in Italy, looking through this keyhole you're able to see through the gardens of the priory with a perfectly centered San Pietro's dome (Vatican City) on the horizon.
Also known as "The Aventine keyhole".
